See what’s cooking at the ballpark on August 3, 2013 as pit masters and restaurants fire up their grills for the 12th annual Stephen Starr-Garry Maddox Barbecue Challenge.
Admission to the Barbecue Challenge is free, and we are open to the public from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on August 3, prior to the start of the Phillies-Braves game at 4:05 p.m.
The Barbecue Challenge is located on Citizens Bank Way, between the left field and third base gates on the west side of the ballpark. Please check back for more information as the date approaches.
You don’t want to miss Garry Maddox, cooking with the team from Hatfield, or our expected line up of great restaurants that will be offering samples of delectable food to help raise funds for Garry’s charity, Compete 360.
Sampling tickets are available for purchase along Citizens Bank Way on August 3. Tickets are $5.00 each, or three for $10.00. Tickets can be redeemed at these restaurant stands:
